Hello guys,
I own a MPI and the stereo is mounted in the dash. yesterday when I went out for a nice casual drive in the torrential rain my stereo packed in. my windscreen is leaking or some other part has rusted away and let all the rain through my stereo, which cut out. my stereo is in music heaven now.
My friend has a 90 998cc and the stereo is under the glove box just wondering what it would take to mount my stereo there?
Cheers guys
Ainz
P.S RIP Stereo

Ive got one on mine. go down HellFrauds and they've generally got the moulded plastic frames specifically for doing this ;D cost about £10 i think? maybe less?

It's a common fault, so get the front windscreen seal replaced anyway as you're sure to suffer rust problems with it leaking.

Change it for a fat rubber (covers that silly little lip which is an awfull water trap )
