Going down to 12" wheels means your Mini won't tramline or eat it's bearing any more. So that's a couple of plus points for starters.

I'm not stranger to over reading. I had a 3.1 put in it before and it said I was doing 90MPH when I was doing under 70MPH lol. I am only hearing good points I may give it a trial run. although saying that will 12" be ok with the standard MPI brake calipers? as I remeber putting some 12" on a mates mini and it fouled on the calipers :S
