I really want to put george on 13's , prob gold insert superlights i have 12's atm. But how much work would i have to go though to put them on in the respect of cutting arches etc and i would prob end up putting coilovers on to get it sitting right, tinternet is a bit vague on the subject.

Apart from trimming your front arches, you'll probably need to fit a sports pack steering rack or those fancy rack limiting gizmo's from Mini Speed?
Otherwise your tyres will rub on full lock.

You will regret it Yeah they look great, but the handling will be much worse better to go down a size rather than up

Hello, I know this thread is about going up in sizes not down but what would going from 13" on a sports pack to 12" do to the handling and would the speedo need calibrating?

I don't know about the handling, probably depends on the width of the wheel too.
As for the speedo that would depend on the rolling radius of the wheel + tyre. If that's the same then the speedo will be the same. I believe.

the change in the speedo is very little unless your going from say 14 inch steelies to 17s with huge tyres lol...

if your dropping down a size the speedo will over read( not a huge amound mind), which can be a good thing helps stops you getting caught speeding
