If you come off the M4 at junction 47, and head down towards penllagear (spelling?) then down the hill to Gorseinon. Theres a jap import garage on your left that do refurbs for £25 a wheel.
No idea if their any good. but their the cheapest I know of.

Ask to see some of their previous stuff if your heading down, as like ive said, ive not seen anything theyve done, it may be cheap and nasty because the work is cheap and nasty lol.
