heres mine, well, the minis can sit and chill all weekend,  no dirty hands for me! ;D oh except service her car at my place, only because its easier to do it there  a nova, lol,  then in the morning throw the camping gear,bbq (tools and spares) you know my luck!  in the red hot and go to barnstable, westward ho, and all that, its beautiful down there, or may be the new forest, aint sure yet? might have a go on a g.g horse, nite camping and a few quiet beers soaking in the sun, i hope and a quiet drive back sunday  cant wait! |

Just finished filling the car with all the useless junk you think of to take camping plus PLENTY OF DRINK  ready to leave bright and early tomorow morning for a lovely trip to the wrong side of the bridge for gaydon . should be a cracking weekend and ten times better if the weather is on our side. |

New forest anytime Irish, it's stunning down that way but look out for the ponies I have a weekend free from working on minis for a change, so we are going to take jamie out on his first mini convoy tomorow evening, will only be 3 cars but another blast around the Gower is on the cards |

Who's the new lady then Irish? a hungarian lady, taania, she fits in really well, as shes ;D mad as a badger, lol, the nova is sorted, its going like a bat outta hell,  well for a vauxhall, lol, that pos aint been serviced in years, the air filter was limiting the car to 60mph, its not now tho! ;D, well brownie points and all that, lol, ;D .... cheers taffy were thinking fording bridge, in the heart of the new forest, just got back from tjs, a rock club in newport, live band and all that! had a great laugh, cant hear myself think, our ears are ringing! great nite, zepplin, sabbath, deep purple,hendrix,floyd,petty, and so on,, good local band called g.t.f.b.i. seen em before,, |

about 3 hours ago it slammed it down with rain! i dont do rain and tents , hotels and b+bs booked solid! so i dropped taania home, in brissle,,,, and shot back to wales, good car,, merlin steamed home without a splash guard, the rain was mad! its cool when a iccle mini can force the stupid truckers to turn off there high beam with a little flash of 1400 watts from the front end! ;D tho he dose miss a beat, when the spots are on full wellie! just my luck! it absolutely chucked it down! |

I'm as mad as a hatter, because today I washed the Mini in the rain. Well okay so my mother had her garden patio'd and as they used a cement mixer in the lane with the garage doors open, guess whose Mini ended up looking very grey and dusty. I was not too happy (plus for the price they charged, they could have at least washed and polished my Mini!!!!). So I dodged the showers, had the hatch open and the rear windows down on the Zafira and Tallis Street was drowned out by the sounds of The Beatles, Pink Floyd, T-Rex and lots of other songs that had Katy (my daughter) cringing whilst she hid indoors. Well it's not like I was playing any Michael Jackson for God's sake. So the Minis washed and my fantastic wife sorted the garage out with Katy (just a hose down of the floor and a good brushing) and so we're done. But I've agreed to get off the computer early today, so we can all have baths and sit down and watch a film. |
