Kid1: I've got a new cell phone, and my parents gave me a new bike, and they are building me a swimming pool, and in Christmas they will buy me a pony, and I've got all the latest games for the playstation, and I'm going to have 100 guests in my birthday party, and my parents are going to take me in a trip to the Disney World!

Kid2: Sure! But you've got brain cancer!
