think the K-SEAK fluid cost bout £16 + cheap solution if it works but like i said never tried it myself sorry  |

dont know wa else to suggest apart from replace everything again, thermostat ok i assume + did'nt cause it to overheat again |

probably a dodgy o2 sensor causing it to run lean, misfire and over heat

Hope it turns out to be a simple fix, how long do you have to run it before it overheats?
