i dropped my phone 2 weeks ago,
so i took into t-mobile for them to sort it! they gave me a loan phone, the crappiest phone in the world


so i rang them today 9am, told them to sort it today or give me a new phone otherwise they have breached the contract! and i,l cancell the contract and go to another company, i had them told big time! i want my touch screen camera phone back now!!!!

less than an hour later i get a txt telling me come into the shop to collect my new phone! ;D ;D ;D take no prisoners!

the brave guy behind the counter handed me a brand new phone and a bill for £84
so i told him where to stuff the bill, the phones under warranty and its insured,
so before i legged it, i told him to claim on one or the other! if they dare shut my phone down i,l go ballistic! ;D
