Bit of a rubbish one really, would have been better if the weather hadnt scared most people off, hardly any traders there and swm wasnt the only patch empty.  Lucky the welsh mini club were there and let me join their stand, or else I'd have been there on my own  So what's everyones excuses then?  lol |

no excuse weather crap + saveing pennies for good shows, would of rather gone on a stand on my own personelly then join another club who tries poaching other clubs members constantly cos cant get em any other way  |

lol but people were laughing at us ;D Wasnt gonna sit there without a banner or a club, I went over to chat with people I've been friends with for ages, regardless of who's with what club. Tbh if noone had said they were going from swm I wouldnt have bothered, but I expected to meet up with a few people since a good few said they were coming.  Anyway, show wasnt all that great, but it was nice to see some people I havnt seen in a while, and there were a few very nice minis about, including the charge cooled 1293 on the cover of this months mini world  Would put some pics up but I cant find my camera lead |

makes a change from wmc being laughed at lol. supprised no other club members went but weather was crap + suppose that why traders did'nt bother either.

Lots of members put thier name down but had to pull out for various / genuine reasons and some members didnt update if they were going until the last minute Would be great if members could get more involved in meets and shows and get involved in the planning of things, We don't have membership fee's and Staff members can only do so much  |

the weather was crap, i was ready for this one, and up early, but there was no intrest, lets be honest!!!!! roll on the next one, as for joining other clubs, think i,l give that a miss!!!! id rather drive to jackland than england i think, lol. ;D |

i had fun parked on wmc, better than being sat in the rain on our own (as we were from 10 til gone 11am) but never mind. the sun came through a few times, but the rain was making it difficult to get a really good show going, although a few burgers and some really nice minis helped me enjoy  i admit the tiny show, rain and distance probably didnt help on this one, better luck next time hopefully.  |

Aw when I got there there were no peeps I knew there!
I did join in the convoy into Bristol though and got to meet up with my bruv who drove my mini. Ha ha I think Ive got him back into it again - he has a mini and did the Italian Job a few times way back. So I enjoyed myself.
Sorry I didnt get there in time to see the peeps that did go.
Ah no wonder I got sniggered at by another club stand when I asked after SWM hee hee
Hope to join in some runs/ mini meets....
moved house now so no internet access - will try best to stay in touch somehow though
I do have a few pics of up on the downs - will pst them as soon as I have time

no need to guess it was wmc, they must of been well chuffed they had more cars than another club. 1st time for everything lol. we were'nt the only club that did'nt turn up but they seemed to make a point of it + suppose little things please little minds |
