Alice??!??! Had an amazing time! I am actually stongly considering the 2010 one as a direct result of this one! (even though its in Bavaria) 250photos I took (not much  but spent most of the time getting quite a crazy pattern sunburn...) Will upload them to Flickr asap. but think it will take a while..... lol. Also got some vids of the entertainment... Think Alice makes an appearence actually Dai...  |

Forgot to mention the weird sun tans some people had. ;D What a scorcher. On the thursday it absolutely lashed down, but on the opening day of the show onwards, THE SUN SHONE.  I'm can't wait to see the vid of "Alice". Nice girl.  Here's some pics. Our "corral" of tents etc.  The main campsite overlooking the attractions etc. Behind the line of trees in the background is "GATE Q" the main entrance into what's left of the Longbridge Site.  Travelling in style. A Swiss visitor to the show.  A Woody.  Coedy and Hightower chilling before the judging of the "Sound Off"  Another Wild Goose. A bit of a handful in the Autotest.   Blues and twos on a shout.  Coedy Hightower and Dan? competing in the "Pull a Mini to a line then push it back up the hill to where they started"   The "Party Tent", where "Alice" was.  There's more, later. |

waw, what a show!!! could not believe just how big a show it was!! took me nearly 3 hours just to walk around the grounds once!!! Really enjoyed and the weather was amazing and......just waw!!! haha.
LOADS of pics but will get them up as soon as i get a chance.

Yup, figured we were both in swansea club and thats who we were hanging with for the weekend! And yes... I almost ran over dan... Lol... Where did you see our cars jb? Up the hill? Or down in the event ring? Minillew, we didnt even manage to see everything during the 4days!

Cool weekend!! Cheers to Dai, Danny, Amy, Rhys & Sam for their company over the weekend!! I really enjoyed & I think that could be said for Gwyn, Hightower,Coedy & Dan (he may join us - no mini......yet, but I'm working on it Lookout soon for Lomu! lol). When Coedy gets organised (out of bed) we'll post up some photos - evidence that I'm famous Hightower was chuffed with his sound off result 133.9 db (apparently an aeroplane taking off 100m away is 140db - he did try, but his battery/alternator combo needs beefing up, then who knows!!) they also commmented on how good his sound stage was (dont ask me I dont know) Oh & by the way did I tell you....I've been in the car with Russ Swift!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Yes Dai I'm STILL excited!!! |

I also went a bit mad in the auction but was 'withdrawn' by 4 burly blokes before I could do too much damage! Not before I spent £61....it was for charity!! I got a brand new airfilter & some foil hose thingys (air feeds so I've been told) for our car (the mpi) for £30 which I thought sounded a bargain & a goody bag - I didnt know what was in it till after I paid £31 for it - at that point the boys dragged me out!!! There was GORGEOUS Paul Smith holdall ;D that went for £260 (normal list price is about £450) but they were sawing my arms & legs off by that point to stop me bidding! ;D Its for CHARITY mun!!! |

We paid for my kad quickshift from Minispeed... We got my bro's silicon hoses the same time (£149!). Got home, checked. Theyve given me 1 single kad adjustable tie bar... Not a quickshift... Bloody muppets...

By the way - Coedy's still trawling through the photos......he hasn't shown them to me yet - the 250 could rapidly go down to about 46 now when I edit the ones I'm in! |
