funny thing is, the guy came to pick it up from the house to take it to the MOT! bought it back 10min later with a horrible sqeeking noise from the o/s! looked at it and it looks a bit gone, you can see its dropped down a bit! bloody thing! Also the lower tie rod stabiliser seemed to have fallen off somewhere aswell, so new one of them! And ALSO again, didnt realise that you cant spot weld a repair panel in it has to be seem welded!

Are the sills originals or over sills, as the original can be spot welded as they were in production

originals but we didnt replace the whole sill, because the back end was solid. So it's classed as a patch job so needs to be seem welded! just getting prices to have the suspension nylon thing changed. About £50, so not bad and it will save me some effort of trying to figure it out!

Well after sorting the scuttle panel, the inner and outer sills, the inner wheel arches. I got in the car after it being sat in the rain for the weekend and there is still water getting into my drivers side foot well!!! I have no idea where the hell it could be coming from now? can door seals let in a lot of water? :/

Got some WIPAC Spots on the way now! Has anybody got a diagram of how to wire the things up?

Get a spot wiring kit from ebay. should be cheap enough and you will not only get instructions but all the wiring, relay, terminals youll need.
