Tell you the truth, the first time I ever saw the Italian job on TV I was fighting back the tears because it was just like seeing Herbie being murdered 3 times over when they threw the Minis off the cliff. Mind you that was back around 1973 when I was 6 years of age and another truth is I couldn't face watching it again until I was 17 because I thought it was too harrowing as I knew what they did. But I taped it at the time and wore the tape out from watching it so much and I could see they weren't the same Minis being trashed anyway. Well, that was until I learned the true facts and how they trashed dozens of Minis just to get the right shots and many were second hand low mileage MK1's.  Still love it though and it's legend will live on. This is pretty cool: - ;D |

Well at least he doesn't shout 'Mr Bean'. ;D Although I love watching Mr Bean and the recent film 'Mr Bean's Holiday' was fantastic. I hated the TV show at first though because it looked like they were taking the mickey, but it's amazing and I've had kids say to me that they love my Mini because they love Mr Bean and they want a Mini when they grow up.  |
