Right then. ;D Exhaust Manifolds, S-Steel, LCB sort. Wheres the cheapest / Best place to get one? (only looking to spend like £80 max really... so thats Maniflow out of the question....) Only reason I have to change mine is the fact the Ypiece on mine has managed to fuse itself to the manifold so I cant take the bloody thing off... which isnt good when I have to change my selector box and change my cylinder head, and change the gaskets on the back of the block... I would cut the Y piece off and get another... but their £40odd quid on their own!!!

go maniflow you wont be disappointed!
maniflows rrp for their stage II lcb is something like £86.
i found min-its to be cheaper than both maniflow and somerford but you do have to phone them for prices.
i got my stage II lcb and single box system from min-its last year for £132 posted ;D
should be able to get their normal lcb cheaper
the one to aoid is the minisport/sportex lcb it is complete rubbish, i had to reshape it to stop it hitting the cross-member and heat it and bend it for the flanges to line up and then get the flanges faced off so they would sit flat on the head. complete rubbish if i had bought it new and not second hand (unused ) it would have been sent back
