What used to make me laugh (although I think they've now reworded it), is the sign you usually see on the front of refuge collection lorries: -
i.e. 'Men Working At Rear'.

there was a great one in Aberdare, on the road at a junction they had written " right turn only" which was fine being a one way system but underneath they had the welsh which when translated read "left turn only"

I like the mistranslated signs. Best one is the one which was the translators automatic email response saying she was out of the office which got printed on the sign because the people doing the sign assumed it was the actual translation!
