found out that minis really do hate the cold!
just wondering what ratio of coolant to water do you use in your radiators?

I found that out last year! ;D
Make sure your Core plugs havnt popped out.
Flush through your system.
I used a ready mixed bottle of stuff, poured that in, then topped up with water after leaving it run for a few minutes with the rad cap off when up to temp to clear any air locks.
so far so good!

Unless you've got the ready mixed stuff, then some people use at least a 50/50 mix or even stronger. Just use good old fashioned glycol type antifreeze, such as Unipart all season stuff. I don't think Minis like the fancy pink OAT stuff?  |
