should be a screw or two on the top of it somewhere (behind where it goes over the top of the parcel shelf)

Hi,
If I remember there are two screws or studs that attach the top part of the seat to the top of the parcel shelf.
They can be accessed in the boot, if you look in the boot and up at the underside of the parcel shelf you should be able to see them.

found the way to take them off
it was at the bottom it was 2 screws holding it on

Well you should also have 2 screws and 2 washers holding it at the top as previously mentioned.
