I ordered a load of things from them over two weeks ago, I received an email saying that its been entered th system and haven’t received anything else. I have written numerous emails and phoned but theyhaven’t replied to them.
what do you think is going on?

Strange, what did they say when you phoned?
Either way ring their Potters Bar branch and ask to speak to Simon. He's the boss and regularly hangs out on The Mini Forum, so tell them you're a member of TMF and that usually gets them moving if Simon isn't available.
Let us know how you get on and yes I've never had any problems with Mini Spares or Somerford Minis either.

Open an account on The Mini Forum and post a message to Simon of Mini Spares.
Perhaps send him a PM first and if you don't get a reply, then leave a message on the forum there.
I've only had one very small issue with Mini Spares and he sorted it out sharpish like.

mini spares are pretty good even when we all had the snow they sent out the stuff i ordered sharpish the worst ones id say are huddersfield spares they should be shut down i ordered a crankcase breather and the sent be some door locks idiots !!!! but id say minispares and minisport are the best  |
