Stage 1 Tuning Kit
This is an ideal way to get more performance and economy from your standard engine at the cheapest price, offering on average a 20% increase in power, and a 12% increase in torque. The kit comprises a Maniflow LCB (1275cc), or Cooper freeflow (1000cc), modified inlet manifold, RC40 single box system, K&N air filter element, new carb needle & complete fitting kit.

I find with "stg1" kits, its best to make your own.

Personal choices would be...

Maniflow 1.3/4" Exhaust system (twin or single box)
K&N Replacment filter (Keep the air box but add holes into the front)
Decent (maniflow) Freeflow Manifold
a Decent alloy inlet, Minispares....

and most off all, PLEASE do this, a proper Rolling Road - its a must!!!

Put it this way, i started out with a Cone, and went to a Airbox, ever since, I have used the airbox. The airbox works a whole lot better, and doesn't weaken the mixute so much.
