Hello, just a quick post to say I fitted a new head to my car Has taken me The best part of two days, But am proper proud Fitted one of them competition engine steadies to it as well which almost got thrown out the window lol. Going give It a while to let the Head bed in before I see if there is any noticeable difference. Gave the Car a good service too so Have spoilt the rust bucket today

And I torque it to the setting I did first of all?? 68NM?? I think Its running lean at the moment too, I have wait until the ECU kicks in and tells it to put more fuel in, as it is running hot. and i gota do the tappets again sounds like a bag of spanners . can't wait to put my foot down, I'll purposely go on a 500mile road trip to nowhere to get it torqued again. Cheers for the advice guys.
