I've just uploaded it from a DVDr disc I got sent by another Mini enthusiast who I'm exchanging Mini archive stuff with. All he knows is it was a programme broadcast around 1993 about people and their relationships with the cars they drove.
One of the comments I've received (from a friend on the MCR forum) states it got repeated last year on BBC4 as part of their motoring season.
Oh and it looks like that Mini Cooper is still with us anyway: -
