Hi all
New to the forum, partner's just bought a very nice 1998 Cooper sportspack in red. Was wondering what garages in South Wales are best to take it for a full service? And what sort of price would I be looking to pay for a full service?
Reluctant to take it to any old garage as I'd prefer to take it to someone who knows exactly what they are doing with Mini's.
Based in Beddau, Pontypridd.
Will post up pictures soon!
Cheers! Alex

www.targetmini.co.uk/Bit of a distance for you though... Ive been to them in the past (odds and ends like Wheel bearings, etc). Ring ahead and get a quote Im sure people nearer you could recomend local mini friendly garages. Or you could always do it yourself?

Not tried them myself, but I've heard a few recommendations for 'Monaco Garage', Ty-Glas, Chiltern Close, Llanishen, CARDIFF, CF14 5DL. Tel:- 029 2076 3566.
(I'm told you should ask for Lynn Elliot, and someone called Lesley (one of the owners) is or was restoring a 1968 Mini Cooper for road rallies).

I can vouch for Monaco Garage, My car was there yesterday having its suspension fixed, and its been there to have its wheel bearings done too, and its going back there soon to have its oil leaks sorted! When i pulled up yesterday they had another mini there to, so they really do like there minis There not to expensive either, £46 an hour i think (Seemed reasonable to me, But then what do i know lol) TM
