good site but some of it is crap for example when they are talking about welsh name variations ...
"at this time there where no uniform spelling rules and because the general population was illiterate the, could not specify a particular rendition of their names"
any one who knows any thing about welsh history/language know that in fact the welsh where highly literate and had had a higher academic level than the rest of Britain but when the English came along and imposed tests etc on school children they failed because they did not speak or understand English so where classed as illiterate

oh noooo.... i'm french, and I invaded England with the Normans in 1066...luckily, I'm doing a whole module on the Norman invasion in Uni next year what they fail to point out is that during the early modern period, the Herbert family controlled much of Wales. The Earl of Pembrokshire was a Herbert and there was a Herbert famiyl that controlled Cardiff and expanded it when it was a town
