Rhys, You'd be suprised at what a good quality finish you can achieve with rattle cans from an automotive paint factors. In the past I've resprayed the front panel, wings and scuttle with cans of colour matched paint from DBS Paint Factors in Bridgend. These were in the form of a base coat followed by a clear laquer. If you follow the preparation guides in the bodywork section of this forum, take your time and build the coats up gradually it can be a satisfying experience! Any imperfections or runs can usually be taken out by flatting with wet and dry once the paint has had a bit of time to harden. .......the other way is to let someone else do it for you
