How good or bad is the tunnel.?? I'm not keen on using the floor pans which butt up to the tunnel. I usually chop out the rusty bits back to good steel then weld in. That method ensures that you don't weld over rotten bits and stops moisture getting trapped and causing further rusting.
You can purchase inner/ outer sills and part full length floor sections, while not cheap certainly sorts out the rust problems in that area.
