It depends on how much you want to spend on the new panels. Original Heritage replacement panels are expensive but you are guaranteed a good fit. Non original panels although a lot cheaper do not give a good fit unless you've got the time and patience to make them fit. The panels adjacent to the A panels need to have all excess remaining steel removed, IE; grind off what's left of the old A panel where it attached to the wing. A few millimetres makes a big difference to getting a good fit. The best of the non original panel suppliers is probably Hadrian Panels. For original panels you will have to go to the Mini specialists..

I've heard good things said about Mini Machine (or M Machine after BMW sent them threats) and the panels they supply when Heritage can't.
So I guess their mainly 1960's Mini panels, but I've heard they use very good grade steel.

i have not bought direct from m machine but a few panels i got from somerford where m machine ones and they seem pretty good.
pretty much all my panels i get from somerford, they are usually cheaper than every where else and the postage is great and often i have got things next day

We've ordered loads from somerford too - as ljonez says the postage is very reasonable & they are very helpful.
They will also deliver to a garage or whatever if you need them to, which is what we did with coedy's roxie & our sportspack.
It means you don't have to try & get the bits to the garage (which can be difficult with some panels & a 'small' car) & it saves time too!
