Could you get a wedge shaped or curved piece of softwood up behind the dent to help pop it out.
Have had some luck that way before now.
Softwood needs to have no sharp edges and you will need lots of patience! Slowly and a bit at a time is better too!

have used a couple of times, mixed results. sometimes they work + sometimes they don't. more often don't in my experience mate

have you tried ringing dent master or a similar guy, cant think of their name but they are said to be good

i think the other ones are called dent wise. if you still struggling let me know i got a mate in the trade might be able to put you in the right direction if not do the job himself.
its the same guy that made jc panic when he asked him to come and have a look at a job on his ex wife,s scenic and he came along and just sat on the wing well the wing just bent in and you should of seen the look on jc,s face until he realsied that the wings were plastic and just popped back into shape once my mate got of the car.
one of them should of had a camera moments.
