yeah marie requested t-shirts to be worn heres part of the message over on tmf "Hi jordie
darryls funeral is at 3.00pm at glyntaff crematorium, pontypridd, in the rhondda.
the day is thursday 3rd june 2010.
our address is 67 tallis street

should any one who wants to come, darryl will be coming to this address at about 2.15. please come to this address for the mini proccession
there will be no service at the house
everything will happen at the crematorium.
then after its back to the conservative club in treorchy its on the main road to the rhigos mountain.
please come in your mini t shirts."
yes the TMF'rs have said they will be at Cardiff for 1pm |

Yeah all the TMF lot know to be at the srvices no later than 1pm, there are 2 lots that I now of coming, one lot from Essex and one lot from Reading

good turnout to pay respect to taffy, think there was 14 minis in the end aswell as quite a few mini members in normal cars etc rip mate  |

As promised earlier, pictures of the wreath send by south wales minis, We obtained a reciept from the florist for the flowers (if anyone wants to see it plz pm me) as shown to a few members present today.   The service was a fitting tribute to Darryl, and as others have said...the music from the film will never be the same again... |

tardis reef looked a lot better than picture dipicks, and was alot wetter as my t-shirt + trousers found out carrying it over to taffy's

We just got home from the 5 hour trip back to Kent.
The turnout was good and i don't think Darryl would have wanted it any other way. The service was brilliant too, the italian job music was a really nice touch.
Just to let those who we met today know, that we got back to kent from your beautiful country safely and that we were all pleased to meet you and put some faces to the name's.
It was also brilliant to meet Marie and the kid's, what a brilliant family, i can really see why Darryl spoke so kindly of them now!
RIP to a brilliant guy, see you in the next door Darryl, I'l remember you forever and never stop missing you,

thankyou everyone dai, sebz, irish, to name a few. i was really glad the minis were able to park alongside darryl at the crematorium, a fitting tribute.
the flowers were brilliant and today i will be bringing them back to house, the undertaker wouldnt leave them as they were too special and i think that aswell.
taffy1967 will stand alongside darryls mini and the tardis and mini shaped wreath are being kept in the house i will post some pics later. hope you all got home safetly
i am so proud that darryl had so many friends in the mini scene and i know that hand of friendship extends to me and the family, darryl would have been so pleased and i cant thank everyone so much for paying such a fitting tribute
