:'(I remember now why i used to get someone else to do mechanical work on minis what a pig to fit with all new mounts I swore a lot and eventually put my thinking head on and hey presto got it in today fitted shafts and new pads & discs found metro fuel pump outlet too close to manifold so got to get mini one so it goes on one step forward two back I hate minis just joking Bernie Attachments:

its always a big step in any rebuild, when it fires up you really feel like you have accomplished something.

Took day off today to do the welding( HA HA) Had to remove BODY KIT which some plonker had fitted with screws then used (RED STUFF FIBRE FILLER ) to hold it on what a pig to remove it without damaging it too much as i have to refit it because wings have been chopped and I cannot justify cutting them off and fitting new ones and A panels Any way I cut off sills and other rusty bits welded in new inner sills and a few patches as req hope to finish welding SAT wil put up more pics later Bernie
