Right, times up for my current expansion tank. Its split above the max line (fortunately) and squirts out everywhere when the system is under pressure. I could just buy an ordinary plastic one, but to be fair they arent half as nice as the alloy replacement ones that were availiable a year or so ago. There was a shortage of plastic ones so Minispares started offering alloy replacements instead with a classic style cap. Dai told me these were made by Endaf and are now out of stock due to the originals being avaliable again. Also there was a guy on TMF selling custom ones, but nicer looking with smoothed off welds and a pressurized screw on top like standard, but he's gone awol and I cant find any other information elsewhere. So does anyone know of a company that makes them for the mpis? Or that do custom work? Failing that I need to get in touch with Endaf to ask if he can make me one.  |

I was looking into these my self, i also struggled to find some. I was waiting of the ones from Minispares to come back in... if you do find some where that does them i'd be interested too.

I really dont want a plastic one again only for it to split. Plus I love the look of the alloy ones, they'd finish off my engine bay... or start it off, one of the two lol.
So anyone else have any bright ideas?
