looking to buy my first mini just looking for general infor mation on buying and if anyone has one for sale to be honest  since the mini show on sunday im hooked and really want one, im only 17 so need a 998 or something bcuz of insurance be great if anyone could help me out im new to the mini side ha ha |

not too much around 1500 pound for something on the road:) at the moment im asking aroung to get familiar with everything untill I get one learning to drive now so if something cheap at like aroung 300 quid just for a project of the road would be nice |

£300 might get you a project, but guaranteed it won't be roadworthy and will need a lot of work.
Keep searching though and keep an eye on the For sale section on the forum.

300 won't mean you'll get a crap mini projectwise, when I bought my mini, it's had fully mot and a little tax, drove it home from Bristol and it would have been fine to keep on the road, then next mot it had 1 hole in the boot floor, I've just stripped it back to nothing and rust isn't that bad and it was only £450 so bargains are about to be had if your willing to look |

i got 2 for sale a 998 super delux tax exept project shell and a 1300 i converted to carb for a second project bothe need a lot of work
