ha i thought we'd be painting the mini and it would be neally done by now. but umm it looks like its gona be a while yet as i need to get a few new genuine panels, I went down for two days to do some work on it myself, cut the old sills off, had a real good look around the shell to see what i need, got a list now of what i need, just need to order them soon. i also toke the extra skin off the floor (sound proofing), tryed to get most of rubber and sticky stuff off aswell. and now next week it'll be taken to be shot blasted.

after its been all shot blasted, then we need to get the new panells, arches and sills on. there isnt gona be one bit of rust! primer it all up and then start the painting
the one thing i cant wait for is just to see it all primerd. i'll get some photos up soon

ow yeahh,,, if anyone is wondering what paint shop it is,, its liquid paint. its down in pontadawe he said that hes done about 10 classic mini's and he knows what he's on about, so its been great help aswell

i went down bishops auto spares in clydach as there was a mini saloon down there that i went to have a look at,which is now completely bare and i noticed a clubby lying on top of another car,which is almost complete except from the wheels,and that defo had a grill, you should go and check it out yeah i dont know if it would mate

I dot reccomend robbing the grille tho, or mayb I'm just a pants theif, got caught robbing 4 Audi centre caps for a mate, long story short, I was on cctv, the guy knew me, turnns out the guy knew some heavy people, but my bro sorted it out, the boy I took em for had to pay £280 for a new set

seen my old mini cooper yesterday at the bay british racing green, still as i sold it but real clean now, came all the way from oxford. well chuffed to see my first mini and got plenty of pics i might aswell post some pics later.
