Just over 3 months because I failed first time (stupid ewenny roundabout).

I know a guy who went on paid a lot for 6 weeks of more intensive learning and passed first time.

I think it's probably a bit better to spread the learning out and do lots of driving without your instructor (and someone over 21 with 3 years experience of course) as you will learn so much more about driving. Passing your test doesn't mean you've learnt everything remember
