There's 2 little brackets on the ends of the switch panel with very small nuts which holds the switch panel to the dash.
Undo those and you should be able to pull the whole switch panel out with the cables once the switches are disconnected. (I think)

In fact Im pretty sure the nut off one side has gone walkies..
