Apart from the nostalgia and the history surrounding the Monaco GP, I personally think it's a crap circuit.
As for hamilton at least he tried to overtake the obviously slower cars and make a race of it.
That's the problem with F1 today, you have to take risks to overtake the slower cars and then you get penalised for trying to race.
Vettel was very fortunate to win the race and was helped by the Red flag. Jammy git.
