auto windscreens !!!!!! what a shower of "censored"e this company is i have been waiting nearly a month to have a rear screen fitted in my bmw they were surpose to come in the morning and just had a call saying they not got the glass phoned them up after hanging on the phone for an hour they tell me that they mite not even have a screen for maybey i month or possibly more not happy

cant you go with someone else + tell em to shuv it trying to sort that, but try explaining that to an indian on the other end of the phone that i want someone else to do the job is like talking to my dog!!! (if i had one ;D ) they just cant do nowt if its not on the list of what to do on their PC screen

looks like auto windscreens have got the recivers in today, tried to get some sence off an indian call center from aviva ins regarding my claim and it was like talking to my dog again, he insisted that i need to speek to auto windscreens but there is nobody answering the phones only an automated answer saying the recivers have been called in why cant the idiots just do what they are good at and thats making CURRY and not speaking on the phone when no one can sodding understand them, and them not knowing what we are trying to say............IDIOTS rant over

I had probs with AVIVA when they where Norwich Union, I threatened them with the Ombudsman and it was sorted within a week, ask to speak to a senior manager with Insurance

Demand to speak to a UK-based call centre and you should be transferred,according to one expert on Yahoo recently. Worth a try.

aye, phoned the insurance and they are going to refund me my excess, and now auto glass are doing it on sunday...............what a load of hastle though , gave me a right head ache
