Some people have hinges fitted to the front subframe then duz fasteners on the A panels.
I've got mine as removable rather than a flip. It's simply bolted on

There should be some in my build diary, its bolted on using the front subframe mounts and 2 brackets welded on to the A panels which the wings are bolted to

Come on coop doggy doggy, would of thought you would of given it more research..
Fibreglass isnt as strong a Carbon Fibre.
F/G ones tend to be of a poorer quality as they are cheaper.. If I was going to do it, I'd go C/F but with exposed weave, if your gonna spend the money, you might as well flaunt it. You'd generally be better off replacing with steel panels though Id say, otherwise you'll be there cutting and trimming for days, end up being unhappy with the finish, and the fibreglass will craze is it? Where the gel cracks..
I have seen them fastened with bonnet pins mind, Have a look around on some build threads see what other people use, I quite like the aerocatch (might not even be the right name) option.
And dont make the mistake of cutting off a perfectly good front end to replace with one..

My vote goes for steel as well, I ditched my f/g one for a steel one. Id be very annoyed if is payed all that extra money for a cf one.
