Looks like It could come up a touch to me (looks a bit low, would look better tucked up a bit so the nibble in the valance lines up with it better). Looking good though! ;D

Carpeted my rear bench, butchered my new black boot carpet and my old brown carpet to do it, its not the best, but it cant really be seen, and when I can be bothered I'll buy all new carpet to do it. Also fitted the rear carpet section, but I put down my old Mayfair carpet first bit more sound deadening. Fitted drivers seat too, cant really do anymmore interior wise until me bulkheads welded

Roll Pin for the Rod change. Possibly a tabby cat or Tortoiseshell.

Looking at the back end of the gearbox you should see a cylindrical coupler which connects the rod change lever to the gearbox. Or it might be still on the end of the rod part. There should be 2 of those pins in the coupler. I have only ever taken one of them out to disconnect the rod so you may already have one in place. The pins are a snug fit and if you have a parallel punch of the correct size the pin can be tapped into the holes when aligned correctly. There is a good pic in Mr Haynes close to the end of the 'Manual Gearbox' chapter and covered by 'Gear change remote control housing - removal and refitting' Hope that helps
