hey everyone i had new brakes put on my car 6 or so months ago ...lately they seem to be responding slower.. and sqeaking?
is this because of the weather or do i need to do something about it ?

I imagine you've got disc brakes on the front. I doubt if the pads would have worn down that quickly. Might be worth taking the wheels off and check the discs and pads. Then whip the rear drums off and check the linings. Clean all the dust etc off, Don't inhale the dust, put the drums back on and readjust. Check for any leaking seals while you're there.

Check for any leaking seals while you're there. ok cheers dai! ill check that while im fixing the exhaust on friday wish me luck lol. seems like alot keeps happening to it right now.... if its leaking then whats the problem? will it be the cylinders? becasue they were new too.. we ahd to put it all new on as the car had no brakes at all when i bought it. sorry if i sound silly , am trying to do the work myself and not rely on others to help or take it to garages..
