Make sure the knuckle joint has gone into place properly. If you set them to the same Hightower as your standard cones you can adjust them later. Remember you will need to take the car around the block to get them settled in before adjusting the hight

When i took the trumpet and doughnuts off they were a b**ch to seperate it was like there was glue in there, Then the trumpet was a bit loose in the doughnut when i put them on to the new trumpets i think i ruined my doughnut with the screw driver trying to seperate them , oooh i get u now huntyow , il check that everything is sitting properly tomorrow , it started raining today and dose anybody know what size the allen key to take the fuel cap off is ? and can anybody tell me is it safe do chip a bit off the pole like part in the pic equaly on each side of the car where the knuckle joint sits as there is a really deep recess for it ,il do it with with a cop saw in work then this would lower it hoapfully Attachments:

I wouldn't cut the bar your mini will sit on the arches with the hi lows wound right in, unless the rear arches have been tubbed

Thats much better! I actually like the headlapmp peaks on this and the spots are just right.. Gonna declare the 1380 to the insurers? Think it would be better if an Admin would move this to the Members Car section

im not sure weather to declare or not because i do not know much about that kinda stuff dose a criminal fancy filling me in hahah If you dont declare mods then in an accident your insurance wont pay out and will take the car with no option for you to buy it back. Meaning you are out of pocket for your car being stuffed, out of pocket for any mods you have done to it and you will have to pay for any damage to the other persons out of your own pocket (if more than one car accident, or pay for damage to the council for the sign post or whatever) and any personal injury claims that come your way. Not sure if the police would be inclined to give you points etc as well for driving without valid insurance, or if the insurance is only invalidated when they find out... not sure, but its another thing that could bite you in the arse. If you cant afford the insurance associated with the mods, just don't do the mods. I've declared everything on my mini (including stuff like different interior door handles lol) because the last thing I want is to be in the situation above. (The bonus to doing mods is the fact if you have a good insurance company your car's agreed value can also be increased when you add the mods making it harder to write off )
