 thanks mate, that looks like the offending object mate, we not got the bits you mentioned on ours so obviously that the prob by the look of it. there no way of keeping the throttle cable + choke cable rigid so it works correctly

is there ignition light now? Sounds like an earth  yes phil...it was an earth....this dozy idiot forgot to connect the 3 earth wires under the bonnet...doh she turned over, then clicked from the starter, then started making a fizzing noise form the starter relay, think it may be broken so will try a new one.... going to get an alternator tomorrow as mine had problems, will update on thurs when fitted |
