	If at first you don't succeed, cut some more metal out.

The more paint you use, the better the finish. You can colour-sand multicoats to a mirror finish if you do it yourself (or have the budget to pay someone else)!
In theory, a mini needs 2 to 2 and a half litres. But the world is your oyster fella!
Some show cars have up to ten litres of paint on them!
