9.30pm THE PINK FLOYD STORY: WHICH ONE'S PINK?
Documentary tracing the journey of rock band Pink Floyd, using extended archive, alongside original interviews with the four members. Repeated 12.30am.
10.30pm A PINK FLOYD MISCELLANY: 1967- 2005
Compilation of rarely screened videos and performances, beginning with "Arnold Layne" promo from 1967, and culminating with the reunited band's performance at Live 8. Repeated at 1.30am.
11.30pm PINK FLOYD: LIVE AT POMPEII
Concert film, shot in the ruins of Pompeii, in 1972, which captured the young, long haired, post-Syd Barrett Pink Floyd, in all their spacey, but melancholy glory.
That's my Friday night sorted!! Take-away, couple of beers, and Floyd on the box! Lovely jubbly!!
