Need to post up your location for someone to know if they are local I think there was/is a guide on here in how to time your engine from scratch. If it is still on here it will be in the guide/how to section. Hope you get it sorted!

looking through it, as the crank does two turns to one of the cam shaft how, do u know which side to use.
for example i just picked on and hoped for the best had a 50:50 chance.
but it could need to line up on the next turn of the crank shaft.
and that guides really helpfully. just need to sort this bit out first.

Good luck with it then. If all else fails, go back to a basic set up but turn the dizzy drive through 180 degrees and make sure you are setting the correct valve. You wont do any harm if you are wrong.....it just wont fire up is all! Thats what totally confused us last time we did it. Got there in the end tho!
