Take the split pin off the clevis pin which holds the door check restrainer on. Take the clevis pin out. Inside the wheel arch, adjacent to the door hinges should be 2 sets of 2 nuts. They will probably be hidden from view either covered in underseal or mud and dirt or probably a combination of both. Once the nuts have been found clean off the excess c*ap and spray them with Plus Gas or similar to give you half a chance of getting them off without shearing the studs. Leave the door closed whilst undoing the nuts unless you have a handy person to hold the door steady. The doors weigh quite a lot more than you think so be careful.
