so driving home for my cuz' b-day miniding my own dusinness not really payin attention to the road do it everyday turn a corner and lapse of concentration go pretty much straight across the corner and curb the minie:/ now the passenger side wheel is bent facing out and rubbing on the inner arch but nothing seems bent or dammaged but seems that the steering arm/ rack thingy is holding it in and causing the problem but nothing seems out of place :/
any ideads???

Check where the tie rod goes into the front subframe. Sometimes the mount gets ripped away from the subframe itself. The weakest link in the steering assembly on a Mini is usually the steering arm sitting on top of the hub. It doesn't take much of a knock to bend those out of shape and knock the tracking completely out. If the above is ok or not bent the only other item that could be damaged is the rack itself.

thinking its the steering rack nothigs bent that can be seen:/ jacked her up and had the two wheels of as we were comparing both sides there a larger gad with the steering arm on the drivers side but not sure if that meant to be like that but there was like a grinding noiuse comging and when steering it and felt rougher if you get me but again un sure if it was because it was just in the air with not weight acting on things so not much the wiser tbh:/

Check the track rod arms on the end of the steering rack, they bend but you can't notice until you put a new one along side it.
