my manager is bullying my little tinker!!! my dad called around to the carpark behind my works place and he just sat his can of diet coke on my bonnet as if its a coffee table!!! and then i find this......  thanks lee! it may be small, but its not a place to rest your bottles and cans!!!!!!!  |

Rest a load of breeze blocks on their bonnets/boots They clearly think resting small things on small cars is ok, so large things on large cars must be fine also   |

I would just ask him very politely and professionally if he wouldnt mind paying you and your posessions a little more respect. Perhaps if he realises that it does actually upset you and it isn't just a bit of a laugh he will lay off (and stop anyone else doing it). If he doesn't then maybe you should consider putting in a formal complaint. I realise this is difficult and you might be worried about you job but he is the manager - he should be managing himself and his relationships with his employees in a professional way.
Anyway easy to offer bold advice when it isn't your job on the line... you could always just have a total hissy fit the next time you see someone doing it then apologise and explain that it is your "time of the month" - us men are very spooked and uncertain in the face of hormonal outbusts which frankly we don't really understand and would rather not talk about ;D

Awh guys, he's just having a bit of a laugh! It doesn't really bother me yet... As the car doesn't exactley look its best right now. But once its finished, no bugger will be resting bottles or cans on it, I can asure you!
