It was his very first event ..........& he got 1st in class!! He's chuffed & so am I!!!! ;D ;D ;D proud mam ;D ;D

Congrats!
The other cars in the class were a Suzuki Swift (regretting that engine swap lawson?

) and a fiesta (Zetec I think my bro said?)

So his 1275 that was set up by ear didn't do too badly at all! (Considering I keep saying its running like a pig! ;D

)

I haven't got a swift engine

Any one can restore a classic but it takes a real man to cut one up

Yes dai just checked the photo I took of the leaderboard at lunch time 1st was 11.17 & ht was 12.58 so he was more than 1 1/2 mins behind. I said your nor going to make that time up in 4 runs so just go steady & enjoy, you could have knocked me over with a feather when they called 3rd & 2nd &.he was still standing there !!!

Mind you he got down to under 3mins! His first run was 3,20 & his last was 2,52 so we are well chuffed ;D ;D

It was really slippery out there today. I finished 47th overall and 3rd in class.. So not as good as before but im just glad the car survived the day.
