right little update as ive had the chance of doin a little wk on rusty, got all the interior in and started wiring up the lights for the flip front, worst of all they dont work on the front of the car, could this be because of the dip/dim switch / relay will get photos up when the camera batt has charged up

9 out of 10 times it dodgy connection or fuse box. might be worth changeing fuse box anyway to save probs later on

did have a look at the fuses they look ok but the conections are fairly badly corroded was debating getting a new fuse box and making it internal instead of under the bonet, thanks everyone  |

lol thats cool ill be changing it soon then, cleaned the conectors up and pluged it all back in, renewing all the fuses and as soon as i went to fire her up the first one blew stright away, think ive got a little problem there somewhere oh well ill show u all what me utimate goal is with rusty, not far now lol  let me no what u think, alloys and arches are going to be diffrent on mine got superlights and group 5 arches |

got some nice retro looking lucas halogen spots for the front too dono wether to go for a silver or black grill either one is going to have a recess for the two spots what do u think?

What size spots are they.??
You can buy the grilles with the spotlight recess ready made but you can only use the smaller type spots.

cheers everyone managed to find a grill now (ur makin me spend me money lol) ;D anyhow i thought id give everyone a little update managed to get the cam off me bro at last im ganna go get some pics of rusty right after i have sent this message and ill post them up then, managed to get me carbs sinked and the mixture set corectly so im on a definate up today, noticed me crank seal was leaking as well  realy disapointed with that as i havent long replaced it, is there a secrate to stoping the crank seals leaking? if so what is it right ill stop rabling on and get these pics !!  |

right here is the pics  engine bay hasent changed too much still looks messy without the flip front getting it soon ok here is a couple of the interior suprised how easy it was to put it all in ;D   and you have seen an image simular to this one b4 but i just cant seem to satisfy myself with the filler hopfully this will be the last lot once i have sanded it back   try not to look at the arch too much in this one just wanted to show everyone how well the panels look when you look dwn the side of the car got an arch on but couldnt get to it, need spacers thats 4 shore let me no what u think? will get more up as its done!! |

right got a little bord today so not only did i do some shopping online for rusty ;D but i also did this   my spots where 6.5 inches in diameter and so this ment that what ever grill i had i would have to customize it done one hole and got the spot in i just need to do the other!! i think it looks aok for a home jobbi |
