I have not tried this..... Yet But two fella's in work swear by it, Made by Bilt Hamber laboratories Deox c - is added to water and rusted parts are allowed to soak deox gel - is for the parts that are too big to soak. links on the right side of this link.. www.bilthamber.com/deoxc.html Anyone heard of it, or tried it. the guys in work are serious car enthusiasts and laughed when i mentioned Ku - rust.

I've been reading up on a lot of the products available from Bilt-hamber and they look very impressive. The Rust proofing Gel is exactly what i'm looking for plus a few other items.

Well. I've just spent the best part of 80 squid on Bilthamber products. They also do an aerosol Cavity Wax complete with 60 cm 360 degree applicator tube. I'll let you know how i get on with their gear as and when folks.

Okay. I used some of the Deox Gel rust remover earlier. 1st pic is of the gel applied to a lightly rusted doorstep. 2nd and 3rd pics is the doorstep after treatment. Top of the subframe turret which was rusty and pitted. Needs another treatment. I've placed these rusty bits in a solution of Deox C and will leave them overnight to see what happens.
