Right, about time for a bit of an update I think! Not really been doing much to snobby for a while, so I thought some more detailing was in order. I took the breather case off the left hand side to be sprayed green. Took it back to metal, primed it, sprayed it and just finished the laquer. I'll get a pic up later.

As promised, just got some quick pics of the breather case, sorry about the quality, should have taken them in the proper light. Think I'm gonna wet and dry it again and then spray a new coat of laquer on it because it doesnt shine as well as it should. Probably beacause a bloody fly landed in the laquer as it was drying, and so I wet and dried it straight away which was probably not a great idea! Write to me about them! ;D ;D

Heres a fresh picture of the engine bay, lots of new bits, and genrally looking a lot tidier. I left the coil bracket nut in the bloody house though, silly me, so thats just hoooked on at the moment. Took it for a spin today since it was gorgeous, the new filter sounds really beefy! Needs a new needle, or the current one strapped to a lathe, cause now he doesnt run quite as smoothly as he did! Sound more than makes up for it though ;D Aaanyway, heres a coupe shots: Getting there eh?? ;D

Thanks guys, its certainly getting there, just need to paint a few more parts (alternator and the servo bell thing) and get a few chrome bits off ebay. Missed a bargain on there on sunday cause I was busy in st faggots, a chromed engine steady bar. Would have looked great too Yeah lawson thats a weber box alright Unfortunately I doubt costs, noise, insurance costs etc will ever allow it to be filled with a weber, although twice now I've been bidding on a full set up... Couldnt believe the first time I missed one though, carb (needed a bit of a clean) manifold and K&N all went for about 60 bucks
